Marcus is a Director and Chair of The Institute for Working Futures pty. ltd., part of the group he started in 1992.
For over 30 years Marcus has successfully delivered more some 280 major consultancies completing strategic foresighting, growing capabilities that make organisations and workforce more agile, and designing responsive learning systems.
Marcus has an extensive list of books, journals, and publications. He has held academic appointments at Director level and retains honorary professorial appointments at Australian universities in both education and management fields. His research has led to EdTech start-ups that have obtained commercial success and won global awards. Marcus holds appointments to several national boards.
