With over three decades of experience in research, consulting, education, and thought leadership, Dr. Bowles has been instrumental in shaping the discourse on the future of work, emphasising the importance of durable human capabilities as drivers of employment, performance, and adaptive capacity.

Marcus has an extensive list of books, journals, and publications. He has held academic appointments at Director level and retains honorary professorial appointments at Australian universities in both education and management fields.
